- Wash Cold: Gentle cycle only, max 30°C / 86°F. Zip it up, turn inside out, and use a wash bag to protect the fabric.
- Hang Dry Only: Dry in the shade. Never tumble dry, as heat destroys the compressive elastane fibers.
- Strictly NO Fabric Softener: Softeners coat the fibers and permanently destroy the fabric's moisture-wicking breathability.
- Wash Immediately: For bibs, wash immediately after a ride to prevent acidic sweat from breaking down the chamois' antibacterial protection.

How do I choose the right size if I’m between two sizes?
It depends on your riding style! If you prefer a race-oriented, aerodynamic fit, size down. If you prefer a more relaxed fit for commuting or all-day comfort, size up. Need help? Check our size guide or contact us with your measurements.
Why does the kit feel so tight when I first put it on?
Our apparel uses a 3D stereoscopic cut designed specifically for the forward riding posture. It will feel snug when you are standing upright, but once you lean over the handlebars, it acts like a second skin.
This close fit prevents wind drag and stops the fabric from bunching up under your arms.
What if my top and bottom are different sizes?
This is totally normal! We always recommend buying jerseys and bibs separately so you get the perfect fit. Use your chest measurement for tops and your waist/hip measurements for bottoms.
What if the size I order doesn't fit?

Do I wear underwear under my cycling shorts?
No. Cycling shorts and bibs are specifically designed to be worn directly against the skin. Wearing underwear adds seams, traps moisture, and causes painful chafing. Go commando!
Is the chamois pad comfortable for long rides?
Absolutely. We use a Pro Endurance 3D System featuring a 120kg/m³ high-density foam core.
It absorbs road vibration without bottoming out, and the carbon-threaded microfiber top sheet naturally prevents bacterial growth and saddle sores, even on rides exceeding 6 hours.
Will the leg grippers pinch my skin or ride up?
We ditched the irritating silicone strips. Instead, our waist and leg hems feature an integrated, high-spandex blend that anchors the fabric to your body comfortably. It distributes pressure evenly so you won't finish your ride with red marks or a jersey pulled up to your ribs.

How does the fabric handle heavy sweat and hot weather?
RockBros gear is crafted from an ultra-fine 'Milk Silk' fabric (88% Polyester, 12% Spandex). It instantly pulls sweat away from your skin to the outer surface where it evaporates quickly. You stay cool, dry, and light from mile one to mile fifty.
Does the jersey provide UV protection?
Yes. UPF sun protection is woven directly into the core construction of our Milk Silk fabric, ensuring your back and shoulders are protected during long hours in the sun.
Should I buy short sleeves or long sleeves?
As a general rule:
- Short Sleeve: Ideal for warm rides above 18°C (64°F).
- Long Sleeve: Perfect for brisk mornings, chilly descents, and temperatures between 10–18°C (50–64°F).
Storage & Care
Are the pockets secure enough for my phone and snacks?
Yes. The jersey features three deep, elasticated rear pockets.
They are specifically angled so you can easily reach your nutrition or phone while pedaling, but deep enough that nothing will bounce out during a rough gravel descent or a heavy sprint.
How do I wash my cycling kit so it lasts?
Technical fabrics require a little extra care to maintain their stretch and wicking properties:
- Zip up the jersey and turn garments inside out.
- Wash on a gentle, cold cycle (Max 30°C / 86°F).
- Never use fabric softener (it destroys the sweat-wicking properties).
- Never put your kit in the dryer (heat destroys the elastic). Always air dry in the shade.
