📦 Shipping Policy
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that urgent orders cannot be fulfilled during public holidays.
Order Processing
All orders are processed, verified, quality-checked, and packed within 1–2 business days. In the event of any delay—such as late product arrival at the warehouse or logistics disruptions—we will notify you promptly via email.
Holiday Orders
Orders placed during holidays will be processed within 72 hours. For urgent requests, please contact us at service@rockbrosclothing.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Updates & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will promptly share the tracking number and shipping method with you via email. We partner with reliable carriers including UPS and FedEx to ensure timely and secure deliveries. If any issue arises—such as a lost package—we will notify you and arrange a replacement shipment immediately.

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product price. Customers are responsible for any customs fees required to receive the package. These are collected by the destination country’s customs authority and are non-refundable. We do not charge additional taxes on US orders.
✏️ Order Changes
Before Shipment
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel/update your order before it is shipped, please email us promptly. We will ensure the order is updated accordingly.
After Shipment
If your order is already in transit, please contact us. We will work with the logistics provider to assist, but address changes are not guaranteed and may incur an additional fee.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns (Shop with Confidence)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Refund Time (Within 10 Days)
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund promptly. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the credit to officially post to your account.

If your order is lost in transit, rest assured—we will promptly resend a new item at no additional cost. We will handle all communication with the logistics provider and keep you informed throughout the process.
