Official Return & Sizing Policy

1. Engineered on Demand: The ROCKBROS CLOTHING Model

At RBC, we operate on a streamlined, made-to-order model mindful of the environment. Your gear is purposefully crafted by our design team and sewn by our facility only after your order is placed. This ensures maximum quality and zero waste.

Strict Custom Goods Policy: Because your apparel is uniquely crafted—and often personalized—it cannot be repurposed or resold to another rider. Therefore, standard returns or refunds for a "change of mind," "personal taste," or non-quality-related reasons are strictly not accepted.

2. Damages, Defects, & Incorrect Items

While custom items have strict return limitations, we take full responsibility if your gear arrives compromised. You have 30 days after delivery to contact us if:

  • The garment has obvious physical damage, stains, or severe manufacturing defects.
  • The custom text or personalization does not match your original order confirmation.
  • We sent the incorrect style or color compared to your order.

How to Resolve: Email service@rockbrosclothing.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or rush a free replacement. If our team requires the defective item back, we will provide a prepaid return label.

3. Sizing Solutions & Authorized Returns

A perfect fit is crucial for your ride. We strongly advise all riders to consult our Official Size Guide prior to placing an order. Because comprehensive and accurate measurements are provided to ensure a correct fit, sizing discrepancies are not considered manufacturing defects. Consequently, we do not accept free returns or issue full refunds for sizing mistakes.

💡 Our Fit Guarantee: You never need to return the original item to us for a sizing mistake! Keep it as a spare, gift it, or donate it.

If you ordered the wrong size, please send our support team a photo of the size tag and choose from our resolution options below:

Option A: Exclusive Remake

Keep the original item and receive a brand-new replacement in your correct size for a nominal, heavily discounted service fee (up to 50% off retail price).

Option B: Partial Refund

Keep your original gear and receive a partial refund back to your original payment method to compensate for the sizing inconvenience.

Option C: Damaged/Lost Claims

Items lost in transit will be fully refunded or replaced. Verified damaged or defective goods are eligible for free returns and full refunds. Sizing issues are strictly excluded from this option.

⚠️ Authorized Returns Only (RMA Required) Do not ship items without prior written approval from our support team. Unauthorized returns will be rejected without refund.

*Note: Options A & B are a one-time courtesy per original item purchased.

4. European Union 14-Day Exemption

Please note that while the EU provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for general e-commerce purchases, custom-made and personalized goods are legally exempt from this directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). Because all RBC products are manufactured on-demand specifically for your order, standard returns for a change of mind do not apply.
