Our cycling kits are designed with a Performance Fit, meaning they sit close to the skin for aerodynamics. We strongly recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.

Are the sizes Asian or Western standard?

We have optimized our sizing for the global market. However, "Race Fit" can feel tighter than casual clothing. Please measure your chest and waist and compare them to our chart for the best match.

Where do you ship from?

We ship globally from our logistics centers in the US, Europe, and Asia, depending on stock availability and your location to ensure the fastest delivery time.

How long does delivery take?

US & Europe: 5-10 business days.
Rest of World: 7-15 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, bib shorts must be tried on with underwear.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we offer Free Returns on eligible orders. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive your prepaid shipping label (where applicable).

How should I wash my cycling kit?

To extend the life of your gear:
1. Machine wash cool (30°C / 86°F).
2. Use a wash bag if possible.
3. Do NOT use fabric softener (it clogs the breathable pores).
4. Hang dry only. Do NOT tumble dry.
