At Rockbros Clothing (RBC), we take pride in our craftsmanship. Every piece is uniquely made-to-order and crafted specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns and exchanges for quality issues, defective items, or if we sent the wrong product. Please review our detailed sizing charts carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

Damages, Defective, and Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. You have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

To start a return for a quality issue, contact us at service@rockbrosclothing.com with your order number and photos of the defect. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. In these cases, RBC covers all return shipping costs, or we will simply send you a free replacement.

Sizing Issues & Fit Guarantee We provide comprehensive sizing guides to help you make the best choice. Because our items are custom-made, we cannot accept physical returns if you simply choose the wrong size.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your RBC gear! If you order the wrong size, you do not need to return the original item to us. Simply contact our service team, and we will offer you a satisfactory, heavily discounted rate to repurchase the item in the correct size.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Due to our made-to-order production model, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Changes of mind, personal taste, or other personal reasons.

  • Choosing the wrong size (covered by our discount replacement policy above).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Please note that while the EU provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for general e-commerce purchases, custom-made and personalized goods are exempt from this rule. As all RBC products are made-to-order, standard returns for a change of mind do not apply, even within the EU.

Refunds (For Quality Issues Only) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your defective return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at service@rockbrosclothing.com.
