Shipping Policy

Type of Transport

Delivery Time:
Orders are delivered within 5–6 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that urgent orders cannot be fulfilled during public holidays.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed, verified, quality-checked, and packed within 1–2 business days.
In the event of any delay—such as late product arrival at the warehouse or logistics disruptions—we will notify you promptly via email.

Holiday Orders:
Orders placed during holidays will be processed within 72 hours. For urgent requests, please contact us at service@rockbrosclothing.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Updates:
Once your order is shipped, we will promptly share the tracking number and shipping method with you via email. We closely monitor logistics throughout the delivery process. If any issue arises—such as a lost package—we will notify you and arrange a replacement shipment immediately.

We partner with reliable carriers including UPS and FedEx to ensure timely and secure deliveries.


Shipping Regions & Fees

Delivery Coverage:
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States and select countries in Europe.
For other regions, please contact us at service@rockbrosclothing.com, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

Standard Shipping

Orders Under $50: $4.90

Delivery Time: 5–6 business days

Free Shipping

Orders $50 and Above: Free

Delivery Time: 5–6 business days

We do not charge additional taxes on orders.

Duties and Import Taxes (for Europe):
Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the product price. Customers are responsible for any customs fees required to receive the package. These are collected by the destination country’s customs authority and are non-refundable.


Order Changes

Before Shipment:
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel/update your order before it is shipped, please email us promptly. We will ensure the order is updated accordingly.

After Shipment:
If your order is already in transit and you need to modify the address, please contact us. We will work with the logistics provider to assist, but address changes are not guaranteed and may incur an additional fee. In some cases, you may need to contact the courier directly.


Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, rest assured—we will promptly resend a new item at no additional cost. We will handle all communication with the logistics provider and keep you informed throughout the process.
