Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns should be sent to the following address after approval:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not return items without prior authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


Do I Need to Pay for Return Shipping?

Our comprehensive 30-day return/exchange policy includes:

We cover return shipping if:

  • You received the wrong item or order.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product quality is poor.

The customer covers return shipping if:

  • The wrong size or style was chosen.

  • The return is due to a change of mind or personal preference.

In cases where the issue is our responsibility, we will fully cover the return shipping cost. For returns based on customer choice, the customer will be responsible for both return and exchange shipping fees.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with statutory requirements, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and packaging
    You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
